Get your access key
Choose a Syncio plan on EBT and you’ll receive your access key.
Connect the catalogue
Enter your key in the Syncio app to see EBT’s full range in your dashboard.
Choose your products
Pick the pairs you want and click Sync. They’re added to your Shopify products.
Set your prices
Adjust prices, photos and descriptions, then publish them on your store.
Start selling
When you make a sale, push the order to EBT in Syncio and it ships the same day.

Syncio questions.
Is Syncio included in my EBGRPHX package?
No. Syncio is a separate subscription (£20/month or £50/quarter) that you buy from EBT. Your EBGRPHX package covers designing and building your store; Syncio is what keeps EBT’s stock flowing into it afterwards.
Can you set Syncio up for me?
Yes. If you have your Syncio access key, we can connect it and pull your first products in while we build your store, so you launch with stock ready to sell.
Do I need a Shopify store?
Yes. Syncio is a Shopify app. If you don’t have a store yet, our Starter build (£249.95) or Full custom build (£549.95) gets you set up.
Who sends the orders?
EBT does. Push the order through Syncio and EBT dispatches it unbranded, straight to your customer. Orders before 4pm go out the same day.
